What Kind of half court offense did Phoenix use to use when Mike D'Antoni was coach? Did they even have an actual (structured) half court offense when no options arose when nash and co got to the other end? And another little question, just to clarify my own understanding of the run and gun; there aren't actually any set plays involved? Rather the players just run to the other end and let the person with the ball (normally the point guard) decide whats best to do?
